This series includes 8 of my signature Pilates Classes, 1 Flow / Stretch Class, and 1 educational video on correct core engagement.

Low Impact, High Results

These low impact classes focus on controlled, repetitive Pilates movements to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt the whole body.

Equipment

For this series you have the option to use a pair of 0.5-1kg ankle weights and a small loop resistance band, but all classes can be completed body weight too!
